I enjoy working and developing a therapeutic relationship with people that are struggling in their life whether it's with depression, anger, trauma, anxiety, relationships or even a sense that something needs to change. It's within that struggle that the spark of hope resides and I see it as my job to help people focus on their future, their strengths and successes and then begin to rediscover the hope and power to begin to shape their future and their lives.
