Hi, I’m Richard. I’m a social worker with an approach that is strength-based, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I aim to meet my clients where they're at and create a space where they feel empowered to grow. Much of my experience has been with supporting teens, college students, and adults through various life transitions and helping them adapt and cope with various other issues such as ADHD, ADD, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, men’s issues, and social media overuse.
