My name is Richelle Direny and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor whose been in practice for over 10yrs. I am committed to helping each individual learn how to cope with the stress of life, having too many responsibilities, anxiety, setting clear boundaries and coping with decline in functioning and other stressors in life. I seek to understand each person's desire to embark on their journey of healing and finding balance spiritually, mentally and emotionally. My objective and hope is to assist in identifying the current season of their life and how to work through unresolved trauma through psychotherapy
