I work best with those who want to take an honest and thorough look at his / her / their functioning and set in motion pragmatic steps toward sustaining a genuinely better life. While conflict and various forms of emotionality are a normal part of life, when these experiences negatively affect one's capacity to have a successful, enjoyable or fulfilling life, it is important to consider other avenues of support.
