As a psychologist committed to strength-based approaches, I help clients see and utilize their existing knowledge and skills to create better lives. My work with clients both supports and challenges them, affirming who they are, what they believe, and how they think they can change. I take an approach that focuses much more on possibility than pathology, and as such I help clients find creative ways to approach problems and develop personal stories that fulfill them. I consider it an honor to do the work I do, and I strive to not only respect, but enhance, clients' dignity.
