They may be navigating trauma, systemic barriers, relationship stress, or cultural pressures while seeking clarity and healing. Many of my clients are BIPOC, LGBTQIA, or veterans who want to break cycles of self-doubt, strengthen coping skills, and live more authentically with confidence and self-compassion.
