Welcome! You might be spending most of your time listening to others and maybe even feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. You may also feel very frustrated because you understand what it takes to change but you keep ending up doing the same things over and over again. Many of my clients find themselves doubting their capabilities and struggle with managing triggers from past traumas, anxiety, and finding their voice. I am here to provide a space where you can finally break free, find some relief, and begin to heal. I believe that everyone has a story to tell and that story deserves to be heard! I’m here for people looking for a safe space to put it all out there and find relief from personal struggles that might be hard to talk about. Specifically, I use mindfulness-based techniques and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my practice. I specialize in working with individuals and providers in the mental health field.
