My approach to therapy and healing is rooted in the understanding that our experiences with systems of power and oppression, as well as the space we have to hold our pain, can deeply impact our connection to ourselves, our bodies, and our communities. While I welcome anyone who feels called to sit together, my approach resonates most with individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, survivors with C-PTSD, neurodivergent, highly sensitive and/or emotionally intense, artists, activists, immigrants, and/or children of immigrants, people who struggle with substance use and people who navigate non-ordinary states of consciousness.
