Therapy doesn’t need to be an awkward experience and my hope is that if given a place to be your authentic self, there is a felt sense of safety in our sessions. I work to create a space where you are comfortable by having a less formal structure to sessions. I have a passion for helping people be their own true self and I do this by offering a judgement free space where you can relax in the comfort of your home or in my office. My approach is validating, supportive, engaging, and real. My age preference for clients is 7 to 35yo. I am versed in a variety of evidence based practices and utilizes them to help my clients find their path to healing. Healing looks different for every person and that is why using a variety of modalities can be beneficial.
