I work with children and adults and can help with many issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, emotion regulation, etc. These symptoms often arise from a wide array of experiences and situations that can range from things like developmental diagnoses and/or identity concerns to trauma. I specialize in working with children/adolescents/young adults because I am passionate about helping youth learn how to express themselves in a healthy way and use coping skills to prevent issues from their younger life from turning into larger issues as adults. I use principles of CBT and SFBT with art/talk therapy and am trained in TF-CBT as well.
