My ideal client is a survivor of trauma seeking healing, resilience, and self-discovery. They may struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Together, we work to understand their story, build coping skills, and restore hope. Through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach, I provide a safe space for growth, empowerment, and connection.
