Hello! I'm Rileigh (she/her/hers). I utilize a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and view clients as the experts of their lives. My role involves supporting exploration, self-awareness, and growth toward the goals clients bring into the therapeutic space. I recognize that life is complex and context matters.
