Therapy is one of the most powerful tools we have to understand (and maybe even change) the way we think, feel, and act. Maybe it feels like you can't get past certain worries or fears. Maybe it's hard to get out of bed in the morning. Maybe you feel trapped by your own thoughts. Maybe you and your partner are stuck in a constant loop of conflict. I believe that people can move through these and other problems easier when they are met with empathy, hope, and connection. Therapy is not "one-size-fits-all." That's why I collaborate with clients to find solutions that work best for them.
