As a parent, watching your child struggle can be one of the hardest experiences. You may notice changes in their mood, behavior, or school performance, and feel unsure of how to help. You are not alone—and support is available. At my in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, I specialize in working with children, teens, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavior concerns, and family stress. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood. My role is to provide a compassionate space where kids and teens can express themselves openly.
