I work with clients ages 12–60, with a special passion for teens and young adults. I support people facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns. Many of my clients want to feel more comfortable in who they are, build self-compassion, explore their values, and quiet the noise of their mental health symptoms. I aim to create a space where you can grow into a version of yourself that feels grounded and confident. For clients under 18, it’s ideal when families are open to being part of their care, though we can tailor involvement to what feels right. A client who loves Halloween is a plus, but not required.
