Whether this is your first time seeking counseling or you’ve tried this before, I’m glad you’re here! I work with adolescents/teens, college students, and adults on navigating a variety of life changes and mental health concerns. I enjoy working with individuals at many different stages of life through a person-centered, strengths-based approach to meet each person where they’re at. Special interests of mine are anxiety (general, social, postpartum, etc) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). My approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, and genuine. I believe everyone has what they need to succeed inside of them and it is my goal to help each person see those strengths and build on them through the therapeutic journey.
