I believe that healing happens through connection—within the therapeutic relationship and our relationships with loved ones and others in our daily lives. My approach combines evidence-based practices with compassion and humor, grounded in a systemic lens. I work well with individuals and families who feel stuck or strained in their relationships, whether romantic, familial, or peer-related. I often support clients navigating anxiety or depression, as well as concerns related to attention, emotional regulation, or past experiences. I enjoy helping clients process emotions and set realistic goals that support meaningful change.
