My ideal clients are children and adolescents who may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, intense emotions, social challenges, identity questions, or family dynamics that feel too heavy to carry alone. Many of them want a space where they can feel safe to be themselves, without judgment, while learning how to better understand and manage what they’re going through. Their goals often include gaining confidence, improving communication, regulating emotions, and building stronger, healthier relationships with the people around them. At their core, what they want most is to feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate the challenges
