It is hard to watch your child struggle, especially while navigating the ups and downs of adolescence. I have seen how anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and trauma can weigh heavily on adolescents, leaving them feeling disconnected and unsure of themselves. The best part of my job is watching teens rediscover their strengths and see the light even in difficult times. I believe everyone deserves a warm and supportive space to be heard and truly understood. Reaching out is the hardest part. I look forward to meeting you and starting this process together.
