As a marriage and family therapist with a multicultural background, I work with couples, families, individuals (16+), and the LGBTQIA+ community facing relationship challenges, cultural assimilation, and identity concerns. I specialize in marital conflicts, separation, intimacy issues, and family communication problems. Passionate about supporting diverse clients, I draw from my own experience of moving from India to the US. I also address anxiety, depression, generational trauma, and family of origin issues. My goal is to help clients improve relationships and family functioning through self-exploration and growth.
