Clients who need a safe, non-judgmental space to process life events, new roles, illness, change, and discover themselves have a space in my office. Many of my clients' goals are to conquer behavioral disturbances, mood disruption, negative self-talk, and to stop intense anxiety with new coping mechanisms. I offer dynamic talk therapy that allows my clients to explore themselves, their goals, and their values, and work towards the best version of themselves and their life. I integrate a client-centered, coaching approach and offer clients guidance on achieving their dreams.
