My name Rio Riojas and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I have experience in providing mental health services to a broad age range from school aged children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I specialize in guiding clients in managing anxiety, depression, life changes and stress by helping clients process their emotions and develop healthy coping skills. My style and therapeutic approaches are best suited for young adults and adults who may be facing challenges managing emotions and/or experiencing work/life stressors.
