I understand that each individual's journey is unique, shaped by personal experiences and challenges. At the heart of the practice is present-moment awareness, which by its very nature, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. My passion is untangling trauma, gently guiding clients through the complexities of past experiences to promote healing and resilience. I am trained in EMDR, and have a depth of understanding of how trauma is stored and emerges in our daily lives and in our subconscious stories. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can feel, express, and explore their emotions.
