About

Becoming your best self, managing natural life transitions, and staying on top of daily stressors takes work. It can be particularly challenging if you are experiencing an unexpected life transition, struggling with emotion regulation, engaging in unhealthy behaviors, or feeling distress and unfulfillment in your relationships. I work from a client-centered approach and aim to achieve supportive, nonjudgmental and collaborative relationships with my clients. My approach draws from my training in family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, Accceptance & Commitment Therapy, & Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to determine their treatment goals and work through the barriers that prevent them from realizing them. I may help you process change and loss, offer strategies and tools to increase coping skills, and suggest working with significant others to improve communication and disrupt unhelpful patterns.
