With me, you will spend initial 3 sessions collaboratively to figure out therapy goals and interventions. After that, we will determine the frequency of therapy needed to achieve your goals. I respect my client's values and ways of living. I am trained in CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Certified provider for CPT. I can only work with clients who reside in Virginia and Washington DC.
