I have been a therapist for 25 years and have worked in this field for 26 years. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. I want to help my clients develop self-awareness and coping skills for their challenges by utilizing their strengths and social supports. Clients must be motivated to get help so they can eventually help themselves. I work with adults only.
