Hi I’m Caitlin, an EMDR-trained, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois. I work with adults healing various kinds of trauma including PTSD, domestic violence, childhood abuse, and sexual abuse. Whether you're recovering from a toxic relationship or another form of trauma, you may find yourself struggling to make sense of what happened. Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected, and it often shows up in the body through tension, stomach pain, or sleepless nights. Healing can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can process at your own pace.
