At RISE Counseling & Wellness, we truly believe that everyone could benefit from therapy. We focus on our health in so many ways, it is important to focus on our Mental Health too! We have multiple clinicians with various specialities. I am specifically passionate about my work with women, empowering them through various phases of life and assisting with mood symptoms as well as family dynamics & parenting. Because of my work in child-welfare and adoption, I also specialize in trauma-related struggles in adults & children, as well as behavior management and positive parenting.
