I provide a supportive space where we can slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are strong, capable, and worthy of peace. I work with adults and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relational distress, and major life transitions.
