Nothing ventured, Nothing Gained! Let’s get moving to take steps to becoming unstuck in a collaborative therapeutic setting to a road of healing. I utilize integrative therapeutic modalities in individual, family, and group therapy in combination with Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Client-Centered approaches to change patterns of thinking and behaviors. I am a Christian and a Certified Chaplain with a Doctorate in Biblical Studies. I use biblical principles in combination with evidenced-based counseling techniques during my sessions.
