I am a Noe Valley therapist who has navigated through many challenges in life. My experience allows me to offer compassion, empathy and a unique perspective for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, loneliness, abuse recovery, grief and loss, challenging relationships and divorce. I have extensive experience and compassion with working with individuals who struggle with toxic relationships. My focus is to help individuals and couples cope with life's challenges, and I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to develop a life path that works best for them.
