My ideal client is someone who is open to the possibility of change and ready to do the work. It may look like navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or looking for a neutral, supportive space to talk things through. Therapy is very personal and looks different for everyone. I work with adolescents and adults managing anxiety, depression and everyday life stressors. Many of my clients are goal-oriented and value having an unbiased person to listen, offer perspective, and provide accountability. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in evidence-based practices.
