I am a licensed mental health counselor with a strong background in alcohol and substance abuse counseling. My approach involves exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are presenting challenges in life. Within a safe, non-judgmental environment, I can help identify trouble spots and aid in working towards solutions. I have over 25 years experience working with a variety of populations spanning from young adulthood to geriatrics. I have held both clinical and supervisory positions in a number of inpatient and outpatient settings. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and women's issues.
