I work with women who have experienced trauma and are ready to explore the deeper patterns shaping their emotions, thoughts, and relationships. The women are motivated to face anxiety, grief, sadness, and dive deeper into patterns with courage and honesty. Using EMDR, CPT, trauma-informed modalities, and a safely rooted therapeutic alliance, we address core wounds beneath symptoms and develop tools for lasting emotional wellness. The goal is emotional healing that restores confidence and self-worth. Together, we work to release limiting beliefs, understand and shift unhelpful patterns, and build resilience and self-compassion.
