As a licensed Psychotherapist with ten plus years of clinical experience in outpatient settings and private practice, I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults that are outwardly successful yet privately feel stuck in repeating emotional patterns. I specialize in working with adults aged 18 to 75 managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Many of my patients are navigating midlife transitions, relationship strain or lingering effects of earlier experiences that still shape their reactions today. My approach is steady, reflective and depth oriented, working collaboratively in a safe environment.
