My name is Rita DiVenti. I am a Seasoned Psychotherapist with close to 20 years in the field . I enjoy working with adults from age 19 and above who are struggling with stress, either individually or within a relationship. I work with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, grief & loss. You will be treated with dignity in a warm, blame -free manner . Together we work to highlight your strengths and identify any limiting thoughts or behaviors preventing you from reaching your full potential. I use a variety of methods, tailored to your comfort level including , CBT/DBT even lighthearted humor as appropriate.
