Rita Nzuwah is an African-American, faith-based woman, who has a passion for helping other minority woman, couples and families maneuver life challenges. Rita’s counseling philosophy is that you are the expert of your own life. Rita’s role is to guide and support you in building the skills and confidence necessary to live your best life, meeting you where you are and helping you to build on your own strengths and resources.
