My passion for counseling comes from wanting to facilitate healing for others as I have experienced myself. Utilizing a toolbox of interventions tailored to your needs, I seek to join you in reaching your goals. I will approach your individual circumstances with respect, empathy, and a calm, soothing presence. I work with all ages and genders and approach my work with clients through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My training in EFIT Essentials has equipped me to treat individuals struggling with unhelpful coping patterns and distress of all types. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I have worked with many couples utilizing assessment tools and EFCT.
