Hi, I’m Karina Anderson—a bilingual (Hablo Español), Mexican-American veteran and therapist who creates a Safe Zone where all identities, stories, marginalized individuals, and lived experiences are honored. At Rita's Light, we honor resilience and growth, working together to turn what feels impossible into possible. For those of you who feel out of place, for example, anyone navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression (and more), you are welcome here.
