I am a first-generation Indian American queer cis-woman. I am a feminist abolitionist. I offer virtual psychotherapy sessions grounded in parts work (internal family systems) and somatic awareness. Rooted in feminist theory, harm reduction, and liberation psychology. In partnership with Isha Health, I offer ketamine-assisted therapy as a tool to deepen our work.
