I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in MO and I can help you identify those feelings, and make changes for lasting impact. My training in EMDR and TF-CBT allows me to effectively help individuals who have experienced abuse/neglect or trauma and have symptoms of depression, anxiety, or PTSD. I also integrate cognitive behavioral and dialectical techniques in order to match your goals.
