I'm an intuitive, integrative therapist who believes in healing that engages the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. Through a trauma-informed somatic lens, I weave together expressive arts, family systems, experiential practices, mindfulness, and exploration to help clients release old patterns and emotions that no longer serve them.
