I truly respect all my clients and see them as the expert on their own lives, full of strengths and possibilities to nurture and celebrate. I embrace neurodiversity and particularly love working with Plurals/ DID/ OSDD, including both endogenic and traumagenic Systems. I very much enjoy working with monogamous couples, and I also embrace ENM and kink as lifestyles. I am also thrilled to support the journeys of polycules and those in the queer community. My basic philosophy is that everyone is valid and valuable, that diversity and neurodiversity make humanity better, and I help clients be their most authentic, happiest selves. My focus is on adult relationships and trauma, and I bring 14 years of experience in various mental health roles from Certified New York State Peer Specialist to multi-program director to the table. I am a member of many of the niches I serve, and so I understand your challenges first hand and do not judge.
