Guided by a relational/narrative approach to therapy with a systems lens, I view clients as emergent beings who come from communities and stories that can enliven or constrict their sense of self, safety, belonging, and freedom. In a society that encourages isolation and disconnection, I have seen profound healing that can happen when people feel trusting enough to be witnessed and explore within relationships. I work with people who struggle with painful pasts or parts of themselves and aim to create a space where they can move into greater relationship with themselves, their values, and desires. My practice is oriented toward liberation and collaborative in an effort to cultivate greater awareness, deeper self-trust, and agency. I respect the strategies that have gotten you this far and move with curiosity as we work to develop new practices, relieve suffering as we're able, and foster growth where it's wanted.
