My name is Delaney Obaldia, M.A., LPC, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Boise, Idaho. I work with adults (18+) who are navigating a wide range of struggles. I work with concerns based in (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, setting and holding boundaries, and the ongoing challenge of life itself. My approach is intuitive, client-led, and grounded in trust. I believe therapy should feel like a steady presence, a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or be “fixed,” but instead be supported as you explore what healing means for you. This work has always been close to my heart, something I’ve been drawn to since my teenage years, shaped by the winding river of life that has brought me here.
