We can’t change what we don’t understand—that’s why I believe healing begins with awareness. When we start to truly see what’s happening inside us, we open the door to growth and change. Healing’s tough and trying to do it all on your own makes it even harder. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here, and we can figure it out together. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families from different cultures and backgrounds dealing with different kinds of life issues and mental issues. I have worked in different settings such as private practice, community, and school-based settings.
