The heart of my practice is helping you remember who you truly are. We have a false notion of separateness that causes us to feel anxious. My role as facilitator is to help you listen deep within to your souls guidance. My ideal client is someone searching inwardly at a spiritual level. Before I will consider working with you I require that you are emotionally stable with a support system of your own. I avoid taking on anyone who has a tendency to become dependent on me. I work with people undergoing a transition, such as a change in health, career, relationships, climate distress, or death of a loved one. I utilize mindfulness, meditation, connecting with nature, ancient yoga practices, Akashic Records, and energy balancing techniques to help you attain your goals.
