Welcome! I am passionate about helping others find healing and growth. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can comfortably explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Everyone has within them the capacity for self-healing and transformation. I work with individuals struggling with anxious thoughts, feelings of sadness and hopelessness, traumatic memories, and family conflicts. My approach is empathetic, creative, humorous, and collaborative. Therapy is a partnership; together, we will work towards your goals and understand your true self on a deeper level.
