At Meristem Therapy Services, we know that change is difficult. As your therapist, my hope is to accompany you on a journey toward deeper understanding of yourself and give you the opportunity to process your emotions in a safe, empathetic environment. Anxiety, depression, and trauma can take up so much space in your life that it makes it hard to have patience, connect with loved ones, and focus on your responsibilities and passions. Together, we can gently challenge thought patterns and establish coping skills that empower your growth. We can also work together to challenge harmful and limiting social norms that prevent you from living as your authentic, whole self. My areas of specialization include queer-identifying clients, ASD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and somatic therapy. I work with you to help you learn to speak your truth and live a life that aligns with your values.
