Hi, I'm Rebecca. It is my great honor to sit with you and develop trust while present with your deepest sorrows, painful relationship experiences, and shameful feelings. One of my goals is to help you find balance in your mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about supporting people to feel understood while confronting their thoughts and feelings. I wish to create a safe space to explore patterns and develop a new understanding that will allow for intentional changes in life. Clinical training in sex and relationship therapy, and trauma provides an understanding into the issues that most bring folks to therapy. Generational patterns in relationships are hard to recognize and repair alone, as are sources of physical and emotional pain. Our bodies keep the score on our life, together let's uncover and heal the sources of your pain
